March 8th - International Women's Day
As part of WBAI's 24 hour celebration of International Women's Day, the Grannies sang on the radio from 1:45 - 2pm.
March 20th -Global Day of Action: Bring Our Troops Home NOW!
A WILPF contingent met at Community Church at 11 AM (40 E. 35th at Park Avenue) and walked to the Rally Site at 23rd and Madison Avenue. At 12 Noon there was a march to Times Square.
